我国华北、西北大部以及东北部分地区采暖期度日数在1700~3500之间。这些地区普遍采用单层窗,采暖耗能量很大。针对这种情况,笔者根据对双层窗综合耗能的研究成果,编制了LMS-Ⅲ程序,以建筑及供热系统做为研究对象,分析了改用双层窗或单层双玻璃窗的节能效果和供热设备投资的节省,进行了技术经济分析。计算分析表明,其中相当部分的区域无论朝向如何都宜改用双层窗。外窗改造所追加的净投资约为建筑物造价的0.5~2.0%,投资回收年限约为2~10年。建筑物采暖能耗约可降低15~35%。
The number of heating days in most of North China, northwestern China, and northeastern China ranges from 1700 to 3500. Single-layer windows are commonly used in these areas, and heating energy consumption is very high. In response to this situation, the author compiled the LMS-III program based on the research results of the integrated energy consumption of the double-glazed windows, taking the building and heating system as the research object, and analyzing the use of double-layer windows or single-layer double-glazed windows. Energy-saving effects and savings in heating equipment investment were analyzed technically and economically. The computational analysis shows that a considerable part of the area should be changed to a double-decked window regardless of its orientation. The additional net investment for exterior window renovation is about 0.5-2.0% of the building cost, and the investment recovery period is about 2-10 years. Building heating energy consumption can be reduced by about 15-35%.
