丙泊酚是一种在临床上广泛使用的静脉麻醉药，检测其血药浓度在临床应用及科研方面有重要意义。现通过查阅大量文献，对丙泊酚的血药浓度检测方法进行总结，阐述各方法的基本原理，归纳各方法的优缺点，并对其应用前景进行展望。对于可推向临床应用的精准、无创、安全的检测方法，还需进一步的探究。“,”Propofol is an intravenous anesthetic widely used in clinical practice. Its blood concentration is of great significance in clinical application and scientific research. Here on the basis of a large number of literatures, we summarized the detection methods of blood propofol concentrations, explained the principles, advantages and disadvantages of each method, and discussed their application in the future. It is still necessary to explore accurate, non-invasive, and safe detection methods that can be used in clinical setting.
