目的:评价蜂胶紫苏软胶囊辅助降血脂的功能。方法:建立大鼠高脂模型,试验前检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。根据TC和TG水平将大鼠随机分为高脂对照组及蜂胶紫苏低、中、高剂量组,给予软胶囊内容物30天,实验末再次检测TC、TG和HDL-C水平。结果:与高脂对照组比较,中、高剂量组中TC、TG水平降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:蜂胶紫苏软胶囊对高脂模型大鼠有良好的辅助降血脂作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the hypolipidemic effect of propolis perilla soft capsule. Methods: The rat model of hyperlipidemia was established. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured before the experiment. The rats were randomly divided into high fat control group and low, medium and high dose propolis groups according to TC and TG levels. The contents of soft capsules were given for 30 days. The levels of TC, TG and HDL-C were measured again at the end of the experiment. Results: Compared with the high fat control group, the levels of TC and TG in the medium and high dose groups decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Propolis Perilla Soft Capsule has good hypolipidemic effects on hyperlipidemic rats.
