南京农业大学是一所具有80余年历史、直属教育部领导的重点高校。近年来,学校在基础性研究方面成绩显著。文章总结了学校近几年来科技管理工作的政策与实践:(1)建立以人为本、功以才成的观念,出台一系列引进、培训、激励人才的措施;(2)强化管理职能、完善管理制度、创造优良的基础性研究工作环境;(3)探索学科发展的规律、拓宽经费来源,为研究工作提供保障。本文为农业基础性研究管理提供参考。
Nanjing Agricultural University is a key university with a history of more than 80 years and is directly under the leadership of the Ministry of Education. In recent years, schools have achieved remarkable results in basic research.
