目的寻找一种能减轻福尔马林挥发作用的物质。方法将饱和的亚硫酸氢钠(SHS)溶液喷淋于解剖教学标本表面,同时测定空气中甲醛的浓度。结果SHS液组可明显降低空气中甲醛的浓度[(3.10±1.22)mg/m3],与对照组[(8.36±4.11)mg/m3]比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论SHS液可作为福尔马林挥发的抑制剂,降低空气中甲醛的浓度。
Aim To find a substance that can reduce the volatility of formalin. Methods A saturated solution of sodium bisulfite (SHS) was sprayed on the surface of anatomic teaching specimens and the concentration of formaldehyde in the air was measured. Results Compared with the control group [(8.36 ± 4.11) mg / m 3], the concentration of formaldehyde in the SHS solution group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(3.10 ± 1.22) mg / m 3] Conclusion SHS solution can be used as a volatile inhibitor of formalin to reduce the concentration of formaldehyde in the air.
