利用气相色谱仪对有农药残留的蔬菜样品进行检测,研究国产气相色谱对基层农产品质量安全监管的可行性。国产气相色谱仪和进口气相色谱仪检测结果的符合程度因农药种类和浓度而异,国产气相色谱线性范围因农药不同而有差异。农药残留抑制率大于70%的蔬菜样品,国产气相色谱仪能检测出蔬菜样品所含的农药种类和浓度。对于基层检测蔬菜有机磷农药残留,GC4024国产气相色谱仪有较好的实用价值。
The use of gas chromatography for pesticide residues in vegetables samples were tested to study the feasibility of domestic gas chromatography on the quality and safety of primary agricultural products. Domestic gas chromatography and imported gas chromatography test results match the extent and concentration of pesticides vary, the linear range of domestic gas chromatography due to differences in different pesticides. Pesticide residue inhibition rate of more than 70% of vegetable samples, domestic gas chromatography can detect vegetable samples contained in the type and concentration of pesticides. For the grass-roots detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables, GC4024 domestic gas chromatograph has good practical value.
