制革生产中多因素影响质量的特殊性,决定了该行业的进一步发展须打破传统的管理模式。本文认为制革生产技术管理变革的要点是:(1)依据皮的不同特质实施批量定制。(2)组织架构中设置正在生产的产品评价调配系统。(3)采用柔性工艺,将工艺调节权与生产操作权融合统一。
The particularity of quality influenced by many factors in tannery production determines that the further development of the industry needs to break the traditional management mode. This article believes that the main points of tannery production technology management changes are: (1) According to the different characteristics of the skin to implement batch customization. (2) Organize the product evaluation system in production. (3) Using flexible technology, the right to adjust the process and the right to operate production integration.
