本文观测了222名不同年龄组健康成人血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平及维生素E、C(V_E,V_C)含量,并对两者关系进行了探析。结果表明:健康成人血清LPO水平随增龄而上升,性别上无显著差异,以上结果与文献报道相符,支持衰老与自由基形成有关的论断。血清V_E及V_C含量未见随增龄而下降,并都有不同程度的增高。提示增龄时LPO开始增高的原因并非抗氧化剂缺乏。作者注意到,虽然不同年龄组健康人血清LPO水平差异明显,但LPO/V_E+V_C却无显著差别。故认为此一比值可反映体内过氧化与抗氧化两系统间的基本关系,进而推测:如该比值明显增大,极可能暗示有病理状态存在。同时也提示随着增龄适量补充抗氧化剂的重要性。鉴于LPO与多种疾病有关,我国人正常值报道少而差异大,故LPO水平及LPO/V_E+V_C有必要进一步观测。
In this paper, the levels of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and vitamin E, C (V_E, V_C) in 222 healthy adults were observed, and the relationship between them was also discussed. The results showed that: serum LPO levels in healthy adults increased with age, no significant gender differences, the above results in line with the literature to support the formation of aging and free radicals to determine the conclusions. Serum V_E and V_C content decreased with age did not see, and have different degrees of increase. The reason why LPO starts to increase with age is not due to lack of antioxidants. The authors note that LPO / V_E + V_C did not differ significantly, although serum LPO levels differed significantly among healthy individuals at different ages. Therefore, this ratio can reflect the basic relationship between the two systems of peroxidation and anti-oxidation in vivo, and then speculated that: if the ratio was significantly increased, it is likely to imply the presence of pathological conditions. It also suggests the importance of replenishing antioxidants with increasing age. In view of LPO and a variety of diseases, Chinese people reported a small but normal difference between the large, so the level of LPO and LPO / V_E + V_C need further observation.
