随着技术的进步和企业的发展,企业价值观在企业发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。而员工内部羊群效应的产生会影响企业价值观塑造的过程。若不对其加以引导和利用,可能会使企业价值观塑造朝着不利的方向发展。因此,本文建立员工内部选择价值观的博弈模型,并根据模型提出相应的对策建议。最后对本文内容进行简要总结,并指出研究的不足之处和今后的努力方向。
With the progress of technology and the development of enterprises, the values of enterprises play an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. The internal herd effect of employees will affect the process of shaping corporate values. If not to guide and make use of it, may make the development of corporate values in the adverse direction. Therefore, this article builds the game model of employees internal selection values and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the model. At the end of this article, we briefly summarize the contents of this article and point out the shortcomings of the research and the direction of future efforts.
