天文年代学是本世纪以来逐渐形成的一门新兴学科,其目的在于利用古代的天象记录确定史日年代。众所周知,年代学是历史学和考古学研究的基础,而建立相对准确的史日编年,察考古代的天象记录,高精度的天文年代学表谱则是不可缺少的基本工具。理论上讲,现代科学不仅丰富着人们对天象规律的认识,而且提供了日臻精密的计算手段。多年的研究表明,天文年代学对于重建古史年代,已经展示了它独有的特点和可预见的前景。中国科学院紫金山天文台张培瑜先生的力作《三千五百年历日天象》(河南教育出版社,1990年7月)已出版经年,这一成果标志
Astronomical chronology is a new discipline gradually formed since the beginning of this century. Its aim is to make use of the ancient records of astronomical phenomena to determine the age of history. As we all know, chronology is the basis for the study of history and archeology, and the establishment of a relatively accurate Chronicles, the ancient records of astronomical phenomena, high-precision astronomical chronology is an indispensable tool. In theory, modern science not only enriches people’s understanding of the law of astronomical phenomena, but also provides increasingly sophisticated calculation methods. Years of research have shown that astronomical chronology has demonstrated its unique characteristics and foreseeable future for the reconstruction of the ancient history.
