目的:输血信息化闭环管理模式实施后可保证安全输血,规范用血流程,并防止差错发生。方法:对肿瘤病房2015-2016年发生的输血不良事件进行统计分析。结果:实施输血闭环管理模式,针对临床输血关键环节中的标本采集、标本交接、血液交接、输血前核对以及输血不良反应的发现与处理五个环节进行闭环管理后,输血不良事件的发生率由0.13%降至0.03%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输血信息化闭环管理模式的实施使病房用血更规范化、合理化,并避免输血不良事件的发生,保证用血安全。
Objective: The implementation of closed-loop management of blood transfusion informatization can ensure safe blood transfusion, standardize blood flow and prevent errors. Methods: Statistical analysis of adverse events of blood transfusion in 2015-2016 oncology ward was conducted. Results: The implementation of closed-loop management of blood transfusion, closed-loop management of the five aspects of specimen collection, specimen transfer, blood transfer, blood transfusion, blood transfusion before transfusion, and the detection and treatment of transfusion adverse reactions in clinical blood transfusion, the incidence of adverse transfusion events was 0.13% to 0.03%, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of closed-loop management of blood transfusion informatization has standardized the ward’s use of blood and rationalized it, and avoided the occurrence of transfusion adverse events and ensured blood safety.
