发电厂炉水的各种化学成分含量能体现锅炉和输水管道遭受侵蚀的状态。及时监测这些数据,可明确锅炉和输水管道的工作状况和寿命,实现状态预知维修,确保机组稳定安全运行。系统由在线数据巡检仪和系统管理软件组成。数据来源一部分从在线数据巡检仪抄录,另一部分由人工化验所得。系统管理软件完成了与数据巡检仪的通信、适时数据和运行曲线显示、越限报警、事故追忆、专家分析诊断等。
Various chemical composition of boiler water can reflect the erosion of the boiler and water pipe. Timely monitoring of these data can be a clear boiler and water pipe working conditions and life expectancy to achieve the status of predictive maintenance, to ensure stable and safe operation of the unit. System consists of online data logging device and system management software. Some of the data sources were transcribed from an online data logger and the other was obtained from laboratory tests. System management software to complete the communication with the data logger, timely data and operating curve display, the more limit alarm, accident recall, expert analysis and diagnosis.
