1982年1月29日,人民日报发表了时任中国政治学会副会长、中山大学副校长、校务委员会副主任夏书章教授的文章《把行政学研究提上日程是时候了》。这是我国社会科学界针对当时形势,响应中央号召,而对行政学发出的第一声呼唤。它构成了我国行政学研究的引爆点,并因此开始了我国行政学研究的新阶段。
On January 29, 1982, the People’s Daily published an article entitled “It is time for the study of administrative studies to be put on the agenda” when he was the vice chairman of the Political Science Association of China at that time. Professor Xia Shuzhang, vice president of Sun Yat-sen University and vice chairman of the school affairs committee, said.
