人脑的血液供应主要来自颈内动脉和椎动脉,两条椎动脉互相联合形成基底动脉,后者再与颈内动脉分支联合形成大脑动脉环;椎动脉可通过这些血管以及其它一些血管分支与颈动脉窦区保持血流联系。所以,椎动脉内压减低时,窦内压也减低,血压可因此而反射性升高。但以前曾有人将结扎山羊或狗双侧颈总动脉后再阻断椎动脉血流所引起的血压升高,归之于椎动脉本身的反射,而否定窦反射的作用。我们的意见与此相反,为了证明我们的观点,现对上述现象再作进一步的实验分析。
