目的分析聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射术治疗下肢静脉曲张的护理干预效果。方法 95例(112条患肢)下肢静脉曲张患者,均给予聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射术治疗,对治疗期间的护理干预进行总结,观察效果。结果经有效的护理干预,术后95例患者均未发生并发症,对患者进行为期3个月的随访发现,未出现静脉曲张复发,无深静脉血栓形成,下肢不存在显著的手术瘢痕。结论在对下肢静脉曲张患者实施聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射术治疗时,加强科学和合理的护理干预能有效降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后康复。 Objective To analyze the nursing intervention effect of lauryl alcohol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods A total of 95 patients (112 limbs) with varicose veins of lower extremities were given laurel injection of sclerosing agent. The nursing interventions during the treatment period were summarized and the results were observed. Results After effective nursing intervention, no complication occurred in 95 patients after operation. The patients were followed up for 3 months. No recurrence of varicose veins, no deep venous thrombosis, and no significant surgical scar in the lower extremities. Conclusion In the treatment of varicose sclerosing agent in patients with varicose veins, strengthening scientific and reasonable nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and promote postoperative recovery.
