本文在分析目前“阳光权”协议补偿现状的基础上,重点提出了开发商与相邻利害关系人签订事前补偿协议的问题,从法理及实际操作两个层面,对双方自愿达成的“阳光权”事前补偿协议进行思考并给出了相关建议。 Based on the analysis of the current compensation status of Sunshine Right Agreement, this paper puts forward the issue of signing pre-compensation agreement between the developer and its neighbors, from two aspects of jurisprudence and practice, “Sunshine Right” pre-compensation agreement to consider and give relevant recommendations.
