以10个引种的红枣品种为试材,用电导法测定其在不同温度处理下的细胞透性变化,分析研究了各品种的抗寒力。结果表明:所有红枣品种都遭受了不同程度的冻害,10个引种品种中,‘核桃纹’的抗寒性最好,‘圆铃新1号’抗寒性最弱,抗寒力较强的品种有‘落地红’、‘妈妈枣’、‘骏2’,而‘骏1’、‘金芒果’抗寒性较差;相同管理条件下10个品种的抗寒力有所不同;但随着温度的降低其相对电导率都逐渐升高。
Ten varieties of jujube were used as test materials, and their cell permeability changes under different temperature treatments were measured by conductivity method. The cold resistance of all cultivars was analyzed. The results showed that all jujube cultivars suffered different frost damage. Among the 10 introduced varieties, “Walnut” had the best cold resistance, “Yuanlingxin 1” had the weakest cold resistance, and the cold hardiness was stronger The cultivars included ’Red Rose’, ’Mama Jujube’ and ’Chun 2’, while ’Chun 1’ and ’Golden Mango’ had less cold resistance. The cold resistance of 10 varieties under the same management conditions was different, As the temperature decreases, the relative electrical conductivity gradually increases.
