痔疮是一种常见病。近年来据全国中西医结合防治肛肠疾病协作组对57,292人进行普查的报告说,在成人中痔发病率占60%。许多患者因便血、疼痛、内痔脱出、贫血而影响了健康和劳动。目前国内外治疗痔疮的方法较多,其中比较简便安全方法是注射硬化法,它是以硬化剂注射到内痔产生无菌性炎症,以纤维化达到治愈的目的。此法优点是操作简便,安全,基本不痛,疗程短,无大出血合并症和肛门直肠狭窄的后遗症。在国外此法适应证是内痔出血和没有明显脱出的内痔,对于三期内痔仍以手术治疗为主。
