本文对新型化学杂交剂BAU94 0 3诱导江苏麦区小麦雄性不育的效果进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,对小麦品种 (系 )ND35和扬麦 158,适宜的BAU94 0 3喷施时期、剂量组合均可诱导 95%以上的相对雄性不育率。BAU94 0 3对小麦雌性育性和种子千粒重略有不利影响。不同品种对BAU94 0 3的反应存在敏感性差异。对于ND35,在达到相同的相对雄性不育率前提下 ,利用BAU94 0 3可比利用GENESIS进行杀雄处理获得更高的异交结实产量。
In this paper, the effect of a new chemical hybridization agent BAU94 0 3 on male sterility of wheat in Jiangsu wheat area was studied. The results showed that the relative male sterility rate of more than 95% could be induced by the combination of wheat varieties ND35 and Yangmai 158 and the suitable BAU94 0 3 spraying period. BAU94 0 3 had a slight adverse effect on female fecundity and 1000-grain weight of wheat. Different varieties have different sensitivity to BAU94 0 3. For ND35, higher yield of outcrossing was achieved using BAU94 0 than killing with male GENESIS at the same relative male sterility rate.
