在冲天爐的整个熔化过程中,燃料发生的热量,真正被用来熔化铁料的只占50%左右,其余的50%被爐气带走,以及被爐壁吸收。其中被爐气带走的热量占40%左右。因此,如何利用爐气中的热量是有重大意义的。最有效的措施是利用爐气中的热量来預热送入爐内去的新鮮空气,以提高铁水温度和节省焦炭用量。这种方法,不論在国内或国外,最近都推广得很快。我厂在改裝为水冷冲天爐的基础上,又安置了預热送风的装置,經过半年来的生产使用,效果良好,現介紹如下: 一、預热送风装置的构造冲天爐熔化率每小时为2.5吨,采用机械化的单轨吊車和开底式的料罐自动装料。加料口尺寸为:高2.5米,寬0.8米。爐子有效高为3.88米。由于
