分析了环境问题的严重性以及履行企业环境信息的强制公开是企业的责任和义务,这对应对社会爆发的污染事件、环境污染的及时救济、维护人民生活健康都有着举足轻重的意义。因此,我们有必要统一和规范企业环境信息强制公开的法律法规。
It is the responsibility and obligation of enterprises to analyze the seriousness of environmental problems and enforce the compulsory disclosure of corporate environmental information. This is of great significance to deal with the pollution incidents in the society, timely relief of environmental pollution and the maintenance of people’s life and health. Therefore, it is necessary for us to unify and standardize the laws and regulations that are mandatory and open for corporate environmental information.
