文章围绕开展“有组织的基础研究”,从牵引带动科技创新、统筹任务布局、明确战略科技力量分工3个方面回顾总结了主要国家推进“有组织的基础研究”的基本经验;从5类“有组织的基础研究”任务布局和各类战略科技力量任务分工两个视角分析了新时期我国“有组织的基础研究”推进思路;从选题机制、资源配置机制、组织模式和管理方式4个方面提出完善我国“有组织的基础研究”的实施机制.
