思想政治教育合法性系社会成员对社会所施加的思想政治教育的认可与接受,思想政治教育合法性与思想政治教育学科合法性、思想政治教育有效性既有区别又有联系。思想政治教育学科合法性需要兼顾学科的特殊性与一般性,思想政治教育权威的失落以及思想政治教育有效性的现实困境是导致思想政治教育合法性危机的主要原因。思想政治教育并不具备天然的合法性,其合法性可以从教育本身、人的需要以及社会需要三个维度来把握。
The legitimacy of the ideological and political education is the recognition and acceptance of the ideological and political education exerted by the society by the members of the society. The legitimacy of the ideological and political education is not only different from the legitimacy of the ideological and political education but also the validity of the ideological and political education.
