不久前,笔者同一些厂矿企业的班组工人进行了座谈,倾听了他们的呼声。归纳起来,职工的心态有“十个最”: 一、职工最关心的—— 是企业改革的深度、进程、力度。企业不改革就没有出路的道理已深入人心。他们希望企业按照党的十五届四中全会精神,实事求是、积极稳妥地搞好企业改革,要在调整产品结构、转换经营机制上下功夫;在开发新技术、新产品上多投入。 二、职工最盼望的—— 是企业领导真心实意地为企业负责,为工人负责,下大力气把企业搞好。盼望企业的产品有市场,经济效益好;盼望工人有活干、不下岗,能按时领到工资。
Not long ago, I met with workers in some factories and mines and listened to their voices. To sum up, the mentality of workers has “ten most”: First, employees are most concerned about - is the depth, process and intensity of enterprise reform. The truth is that enterprises have no way out without reform. They hope that enterprises will, in accordance with the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, seek truth from facts, actively and steadily improve enterprise reform, and make efforts in adjusting product mix and changing operating mechanisms. They should invest more in developing new technologies and new products. Second, employees most looking forward to - is the business leaders sincerely responsible for the enterprise, responsible for the workers, make great efforts to improve the business. Hope that the products of enterprises have a market, good economic returns; hope workers have a job, not laid-off, receive wages on time.
