文中基于复杂条件下的载荷,探讨适用于柴油机曲轴的可靠性研究方法。从可靠度的3个核心问题——基本变量、功能函数和可靠度算法入手,以应力荷载及其作用循环数作为基本随机变量,依据基于韧性的疲劳累积损伤研究结果确定功能函数,通过循环调用所述计算可靠度指标等的方法,可以确定指定寿命任意置信水平下的可靠度。同时利用结构可靠度方法得到的变量分布信息,结合实验数据考察了特定应力水平下疲劳寿命与可靠度之间的关系,计算结果显示可靠性随着寿命要求的提高而降低。
In this paper, based on the load under complex conditions, to explore the reliability of diesel engine crankshaft research methods. Starting from the three core reliability reliability problems - basic variables, function functions and reliability algorithms, the stress load and the number of cycles are taken as the basic random variables, and the functional function is determined according to the results of the research on fatigue cumulative damage based on ductility. The method for calculating the reliability index and the like can determine the reliability under any given level of confidence in the specified lifetime. At the same time, the relationship between the fatigue life and the reliability under certain stress level was investigated by using the information about the distribution of the variables obtained by the structural reliability method. The calculated results showed that the reliability decreased with the increase of the life expectancy.
