我们是怎样抓好师资培训工作的

今年,全国普教战线的一项重要任务,就是结合各地的实际情况,采取切实有效的措施,认真贯彻落实去年国家教育委员会召开的全国中小学师资工作会议的精神,为建设一支数量足够、质量合格的中小学师资队伍而奋斗.为了建设这样一支中小学师资队伍,需要做许多工作.在当前情况下,关系重大而又特别紧迫的一项工作,则是保质保量地搞好中小学在职教师的培训.《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》要求我们“在五年或者更长一点时间内使绝大多数教师能够胜任教学工作”.从现在开始的五年或更长一点的时间内,中小学师资培训,动员的面很广,头绪很多,许多事情又缺乏经验,培训的规模和难度是前所未有的.因此,为了按照中央的要求保质保量地搞好中小学在职教师的培训工作,关键在于采取得力措施,切实有效地大力加强对师训工作的领导和管理.各级教育部门一定要把中小学在职教师的培训工作列入重要议事日程,制订切实可行的培训规划,调动各方面的积极性,广开渠道,采取多种形式开展培训工作.同时,各级教育部门和每所中小学,都要把师资培训规划逐级层层落实,一直落实到每所学校、每位教师身上.各级教育部门和每所中小学还要建立师资培训的责任制和监督、检查、验收制度,定期检查师训规划贯彻落实的情况,发现问题,及时解决,保证师训任务如期完成.辽宁省沈阳市皇姑区近几年来在开展中小学在职教师培训工作中,十分注意抓师训规划的落实,并在加强师训工作的领导和管理方面,摸索和总结出一些很好的经验,在此予以介绍,供各地参考.
