目的观察升陷汤联合都可喜治疗肺脾气虚型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为两组,对照组(30例)口服都可喜治疗,治疗组(38例)在对照组基础上加服升陷汤加减治疗。两组均治疗10天。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分变化,并分别于治疗前后行多导睡眠图(PSG)检查,观察记录总睡眠时间、低通气总时间、平均心率,计算每小时睡眠时间内90%以下血氧饱和度次数、整晚90%以下血氧饱和度持续总时间及呼吸暂停指数(AHI)和低通气指数(HI)。结果治疗组主要临床症状均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组除纳呆、便溏、苔白、脉濡弱外,其他症状亦较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后两组患者主要临床症状改善程度比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。除平均心率外,治疗组治疗后PSG检查主要指标均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组各指标中仅90%以下血氧饱和度次数、90%以下血氧饱和时间较治疗前有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,治疗组睡眠时间延长程度以及HI、低通气总时间、90%以下血氧饱和度次数、90%以下血氧饱和时间降低程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论升陷汤联合都可喜治疗肺脾气虚型OSAHS有较好的疗效。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shengku Decoction combined with Duxuqi on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) of lung-spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (30 cases) was treated with cetuximab orally. The treatment group (38 cases) was treated with Shengbotang Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 10 days. The changes of clinical symptom score before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Polysomnography (PSG) was performed before and after treatment. Total sleep time, total duration of hypobacia and mean heart rate were recorded. The number of oxygen saturations, the total oxygen saturation below 90% overnight, and the total duration of apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and hypoventilation index (HI). Results The main clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the symptoms in the control group were significantly better than those before treatment (P < 0.05 or P <0.01). After treatment, the improvement of the main clinical symptoms in the two groups was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). In addition to the average heart rate, the main indexes of PSG in the treatment group after treatment were better than before treatment (P <0.05 or P <0.01), the number of oxygen saturation below 90% (P <0.05 or P <0.01). After treatment, the prolongation of sleep time, HI, the total time of hypoventilation, the number of oxygen saturation below 90%, the blood below 90% Oxygen saturation time reduction were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Shengkuang Decoction combined with Duxoki treatment of lung spleen deficiency type OSAHS have a good effect.
