本文以“163—主体课堂”理论为论述对象,提出以橄榄型分层分类施教,满足不同学生的英语学习发展需要的策略。结合各种不同类型的学生学习实际能力,注重以“按需施教、各尽所能、全面发展”的方法,发挥学优生的长处,激活学常生的激情和增强学潜生的自信,培养学生自主学习能力。“163—主体课堂”是基于满足全体学生全面学习发展需要基础上的教学优化,通过课前预学引导、课堂合作探知和课外巩固提升等配套教学方法运用,有效增强学生的英语学习整体综合运用能力。
