目的:探讨抵挡汤早期干预对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠血管病变中大血管的保护作用。方法:高脂饲料喂养大鼠12周时尾静脉注射STZ制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,抵挡汤早期干预组、抵挡汤中期干预组和抵挡汤晚期干预组分别于8周、13周和16周给予抵挡汤灌胃,辛伐他汀组和罗格列酮组大鼠于13周分别给予辛伐他汀和罗格列酮灌胃,上述各组给药均至实验24周时结束。ELASA法检测大鼠血清IL-4、IL-13水平,实时荧光定量PCR法检测主动脉TNF-αmRNA表达。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清IL-4与IL-13水平降低(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,抵挡汤早期干预组和辛伐他汀组大鼠血清IL-4显著升高(P<0.05);同时抵挡汤早期干预组、抵挡汤中期干预组和罗格列酮组大鼠血清IL-13显著升高,(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠主动脉TNF-αmRNA表达显著升高(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,抵挡汤早期干预组、抵挡汤中期干预组和罗格列酮组大鼠主动脉TNF-αmRNA表达显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:抵挡汤早期干预能显著上调2型糖尿病大鼠血清IL-4、IL-13水平,降低大鼠主动脉TNF-αmRNA表达,从而抑制大血管病变的炎性损伤,延缓糖尿病大血管病变的发展。
Objective: To investigate the protective effects of early Decoction for Resisting the Decoction on the large blood vessels in vascular lesions of experimental type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: The model rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus were induced by injecting STZ into the caudal vein 12 weeks after the high-fat diet was fed to rats. The rats in the early stage of resisting the decoction of soup were treated with STZ for 8 weeks, 13 weeks and 16 weeks The rats in each group were given intragastric administration of simvastatin and rosiglitazone for 13 weeks. Results: Compared with the normal control group, serum IL-4 and IL-13 levels in the model control group decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the model control group, the levels of IL- (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the level of IL-13 in the serum of the middle-aged and middle-aged rats was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.05) TNF-αmRNA expression in the aorta of model control group was significantly increased (P <0.05).
