通过对Ti:Al2O3晶体的不同取向的电子顺磁共振(EPR)研究,认为在93K温度下观测到的g=2.00的强烈各向异性的共振线是来自于Ti:Al2O3晶体中的Ti3+离子2T2g能态的中间能级1E1/2的顺磁共振吸收。而室温下观察到的g≈2.00的吸收线是由Ti3+离子2T2g能态上能级2A1的共振吸收产生的。由晶体场理论进行的计算与上述结果基本符合。
By means of the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) study of different orientations of Ti: Al 2 O 3 crystals, it is considered that the strong anisotropy resonance line of g = 2.00 observed at 93 K is derived from the Ti 3+ Paramagnetic Resonance Absorption at Intermediate Level 1E1 / 2 of Ion 2T2g Energy State. The absorption line of g≈2.00 observed at room temperature is due to the resonance absorption of the energy level 2A1 of 2T2g in Ti3 + ion. The calculation by the crystal field theory is basically in line with the above results.
