日本经济在2002年和2004年经历了短暂的停滞期后,又于2008年第三次陷入困境,雇用情势严峻。如何保持社会活力,实现今后的可持续发展,构建起符合社会现实的雇佣体系,成为了面临人口减少问题的日本迫不及待需要解决的问题。
After a brief period of stagnation in 2002 and 2004, Japan’s economy was again in trouble for the third time in 2008, hiring was in dire straits. How to maintain social vitality and achieve sustainable development in the future and to establish an employment system that is in line with social reality has become a problem Japan needs to solve in face of the problem of population decline.
