随着国家层面的干预,对医院的绩效考核与分配制度的改革进程正紧锣密鼓地进行着。早已被人们熟知的看不起病、医患纠纷等事件慢慢消失在人们的视野中。然而,作为公立医院本应该就是彻彻底底地老百姓服务的保障性机构,要想置身于社会主义市场经济改革的大潮中得以生存,总要设法保证自己的命运遵循市场经济的运行规则。为了充分调动医务人员积极性,和发挥医务工作者的热情,构建医患之间的和谐关系,又要同时保证公立医院住院部稳定健康的运营。因此,有必要对当下公立医院的住院部绩效考核现状加以研究,设法探寻更加有效的绩效考核对策来保证服务水平的不断提高。

However, as a guaranteed institution that public hospitals should have been thoroughly serving the common people, in order to survive in the tide of the socialist market economy reform, they must try their best to ensure that their own destiny follows the operating rules of the market economy. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff, and give full play to the enthusiasm of medical workers to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, but also to ensure stable and healthy public hospital inpatient operation. Therefore, it is necessary to study the current status of the inpatient department performance appraisal in the public hospitals, try to explore more effective performance appraisal measures to ensure the continuous improvement of the service level.
