目的:观察聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)对大鼠牙髓细胞的矿化诱导能力。方法:制备PVA涂层24孔板,分别以PVA、矿化诱导液对第4代SD大鼠牙髓细胞进行矿化诱导,通过定量的茜素红染色分析和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性检测比较二者的矿化诱导能力。结果:经PVA诱导的大鼠牙髓细胞,其ALP活性和茜素红分析在7 d的培养过程中,显示明显持续增高的趋势(P<0.01)。结论:PVA可诱导大鼠牙髓细胞矿化分化,有望成为组织工程化人工牙研究的支架材料。
Objective: To observe the mineralization inducing ability of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) on rat dental pulp cells. Methods: The 24-well plate of PVA coating was prepared. The fourth generation of SD rat dental pulp cells were induced to mineralize by PVA and mineralization inducing fluid respectively. Through quantitative alizarin red staining and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity Detection and comparison of the two mineralization induced ability. Results: The ALP activity and alizarin red analysis of rat dental pulp cells induced by PVA tended to increase significantly during the 7th day (P <0.01). Conclusion: PVA can induce the mineralization and differentiation of rat dental pulp cells and is expected to become a scaffold for the tissue engineering of artificial tooth.
