以乙二胺为中心核,丙烯酸甲酯为支化单体,1,2-环氧辛烷为端基官能团,设计合成了一种聚酰胺胺-1,2-环氧辛烷树状大分子,使用核磁共振、红外光谱对合成得到的产物进行了结构表征,结果和设计的分子结构吻合。用紫外光谱研究发现随着分子代数的增加,树状大分子在最大吸收波长处的吸收强度增加,而且最大吸收波长从240nm红移到242nm。通过热分析研究表明,树状大分子的玻璃化温度为-9.7℃;其初始降解温度约为108℃左右。所合成的树状大分子能溶解于三氯甲烷和二氯甲烷,不溶于水和环己烷,微溶于甲苯。
With ethylenediamine as the core, methyl acrylate as a branched monomer and 1,2-epoxyoctane as the terminal functional group, a polyamidoamine-1,2-epoxy octane dendrimer The structure of the product was characterized by NMR and FTIR spectroscopy. The results were consistent with the designed molecular structure. UV spectroscopy showed that with the increase of molecular algebra, the absorption intensity of the dendrimer at the maximum absorption wavelength increased, and the maximum absorption wavelength was red shifted from 240 nm to 242 nm. The thermal analysis shows that the glass transition temperature of dendrimers is -9.7 ℃ and the initial degradation temperature is about 108 ℃. The synthesized dendrimer can be dissolved in chloroform and methylene chloride, insoluble in water and cyclohexane, slightly soluble in toluene.
