武术具有极其广泛的群众基础,是中国人民在长期的社会实践中不断积累和丰富起来的一项宝贵的文化遗产。目前,很多大学都开设了以武术为主要内容的体育课。武术不仅能强身健体,更能释放学生在学习中的紧张情绪,增强心理承受能力,健全人格,完善自我意识。文章运用文献资料法对武术课与大学生心理健康关系进行了初步探讨,并为进一步探讨武术课对大学生心理健康的影响提出了相应的意见与建议。
Wushu has an extremely extensive mass foundation and is a valuable cultural heritage that the Chinese people have accumulated and enriched in long-term social practice. At present, many universities have opened martial arts as the main content of physical education. Wushu can not only improve physical fitness, but also relieve students’ anxiety in learning, enhance psychological endurance, improve personality and perfect self-awareness. The article makes a preliminary study on the relationship between martial arts class and mental health of college students by using the method of literature and information, and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions for further discussing the influence of martial arts class on the mental health of college students.
