本文结合德国“双元制”职业教育情况,根据我国职业教育的现状,从运行机制、课程体系、企业参与等方面进行比较分析,提出了发展我国职业教育改革中遇到的问题及值得借鉴和参考的方面如深化教学改革大力发展行动导向教学法,加强双师型师资队伍的建设,通过多种方式深化校企业合作等,针对职业院校的不同实际情况,建议采取不同的教学模式,以达到与德国“双元制”相类似的教学效果,从而让我国职业教育为推动经济发展发挥更大的作用。
Based on the situation of vocational education in Germany and the current situation of vocational education in our country, this article makes a comparative analysis of operation mechanism, curriculum system and enterprise participation, and puts forward the problems and problems worthy of developing the reform in our country’s vocational education Reference and reference, such as deepening the teaching reform to develop action-oriented teaching method, strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers, deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises through various means.
