炙甘草汤是古典名方 ,现临床用于治疗心律失常。本文用标准微电极技术观察离体豚鼠乳头肌动作电位的变化 ,研究炙甘草汤及有效成分抗组胺触发活动作用。炙甘草汤 (4 0mg ml)及有效成分 (1 36mg ml)能防治组胺 (2 0 0 μmol L)对APD50 和APD90 的缩短 ,并能防治组胺诱发的EAD ,DAD和TA的发生。 Zhigancao Decoction is a classical name and is now used clinically to treat arrhythmias. In this study, standard microelectrode technique was used to observe the changes of action potentials in isolated guinea pig papillary muscles. The effects of Zhigancao Decoction and active ingredients on anti-histamine activity were studied. The Zhigancao Decoction (40 mg ml) and the active ingredient (1 36 mg ml) can prevent the histamine (200 μmol L) from shortening the APD50 and APD90 and prevent the occurrence of histamine-induced EAD, DAD and TA.
