采用Ｍｅｒｒｉｆｉｅｌｄ固相合成法制备骨骼肌细胞葡萄糖运载体的羧基端１２肽，以灭活的伤寒杆菌菌壳为载体，用物理吸附方法制备多肽──载体免疫原，对兔子进行免疫后，所得抗血清和抗体经酶联免疫吸附法检测，具有高效价和强特异性。
The carboxy-terminal 12 peptide of glucose transporter of skeletal muscle cells was prepared by Merrifield solid-phase synthesis method. The inactivated Salmonella typhi shell was used as a carrier to prepare the peptide-carrier immunogens by physical adsorption. After the rabbits were immunized, Serum and antibodies detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, with high titer and strong specificity.
