本文导出了颗粒在挖穴机螺旋面上的运动方程及其临界应用条件。为了实际应用,随一步给出了方程的无因次形式。进而导出了无因次功率方程。通过分析指出挖穴机所需功率进着几何参数和工作规范的不同而变化。 文章从理论上证明了存在各参数的最佳组合。选择参数的基本原则是必须兼顾功率消耗较少和工作状态稳定。本文推荐无因次相似准数F_r=2.5~4.5,根据F_r和β确定螺旋升角的最佳范围是α=15°~22°,而不是25°~35°。最佳转速是根据无因次相似准数F_r求出的。计算结果证明与统计资料和实验数据都是一致的。
In this paper, the equations of motion of particles on the helical surface of a burrowing machine and their critical application conditions are derived. For practical purposes, the dimensionless form of the equation is given one step further. Then the dimensionless power equation is derived. Through analysis pointed out that the required power digging machine into the geometric parameters and work specifications vary. The article theoretically proves that there exists the best combination of parameters. The basic principle of choosing parameters is that it must balance the power consumption and the working condition. In this paper, the dimensionless similarity criterion F_r = 2.5 ~ 4.5 is suggested in this paper. According to F_r and β, the optimum range of helix angle is α = 15 ° ~ 22 °, not 25 ° ~ 35 °. The optimal speed is based on the dimensionless similarity F_r. The calculation results show that it is consistent with the statistical data and experimental data.
