本文以智慧城市建设为大背景,分析了阜新市旅游公共服务体系建设中政府各部门间协调配合不畅与缺乏资源整合机制、旅游公共服务信息化水平低、政府供给与游客需求不对称等现状,并有针对性的提出了优化旅游公共服务体系的对策,包括构建统筹发展的智慧型旅游公共服务体系、构建主体多元化的旅游公共服务供给模式、构建以游客需求为导向的智慧型旅游公共服务供给机制等。
