利文斯敦沙门氏菌(S.linvingstone)系少见菌型。国内1980年以来曾从蛋类、鸡肉等食品检出,但尚未见自人体检出本菌的报道。我们在沙门氏菌监测工作中,从福州鼓山食品站屠宰女工粪便中验出本菌。分离方法与鉴定结果如下。
