随着我国政府改革的深入,建立责任政府势在必行。行政责任的实现依靠行政制度的规范,行政人员的执行,因此建立完善公务员责任追究制度刻不容缓。本文将从实际出发,分析现有公务员责任追究制度并就其不足提出完善对策。
With the deepening of government reform in our country, it is imperative to establish a responsible government. The realization of administrative responsibility relies on the standardization of administrative system and the execution of administrative personnel, so establishing and perfecting the system of accountability for civil servants is urgent. This article will proceed from the reality, analyze the existing civil servants accountability system and put forward the perfect countermeasures for their deficiencies.
