高职高专教育是培养高等技术应用性专门人才为目标,依托市场需求,以应用为主线培养高素质技术性人才。在培养过程中动手实践能力是关键环节,也是区别本科院校的主要表现。顶岗实习作为学生毕业前的综合各科知识,以实际岗位为依托检验学习过程及学习效果的重要环节,以跟岗、上岗、顶岗步骤完成职业任务,这期间指导教师起着尤为重要角色。但大部分院校在学生顶岗实习过程中采取“散养”模式,强化了企业师傅的角色,弱化了实习指导教师的作用。本文结合这一现象,提出笔者的几点建议。
Higher vocational education is to train specialized applicants for higher technology as the goal, relying on market demand, application of the main line to train high-quality technical personnel. In the process of training hands-on ability is the key link, but also the main difference between the performance of undergraduate institutions. Internship as a comprehensive pre-graduate knowledge of each subject, based on the actual post test learning process and learning an important part of the learning effect, with the job, appointment, job steps to complete professional tasks, during which instructor plays a particularly important role. However, most colleges and universities take the “free-range” mode during their internship, which strengthens the role of business master and weakens the role of internship supervisors. This article combines this phenomenon, put forward some suggestions of the author.
