研究了含砷难浸浮选金精矿的预处理。通过在空气流中进行二阶段焙烧(430℃和650℃)和碱溶液吸收As2O3和SO2,脱砷和脱硫率分别可达98%和99%,并且有效地避免了空气污染。预处理后金矿在酸性溶液中,用硫氰酸铵溶液浸取。考察了硫氰酸铵浓度、MnO2用量、酸度、温度、时间和微波场对浸金的影响。在最佳浸金条件下,金浸出率可达93%。
The pretreatment of arsenic refractory flotation gold concentrate was studied. The arsenic removal and desulfurization rates of 98% and 99%, respectively, were achieved by two-stage calcination (430 ° C and 650 ° C) and alkaline solution absorption of As2O3 and SO2 in the air stream, respectively, and air pollution was effectively avoided.
