事业单位绩效评估又称绩效考核或者是绩效评价,是绩效管理中必不可少的一部分,在事业单位的人力资源管理中具有重要的作用。就目前情况来看,一些事业单位已经取得了很好的效果,但是由于事业单位的绩效评估机制中仍然存在着一些问题,使得事业单位绩效管理的现状不容乐观。本文将对事业单位绩效评估机制中存在的问题以及如何促进事业单位绩效评估机制的改革进行阐述。
Performance evaluation of institutions, also known as performance appraisal or performance evaluation, is an essential part of performance management, and plays an important role in the management of human resources in public institutions. At present, some institutions have achieved very good results. However, due to some problems in the institution of performance evaluation, the status quo of institution performance management is not optimistic. This article will explain the problems existing in the performance evaluation mechanism of public institutions and how to promote the reform of performance evaluation mechanism in public institutions.
