信访工作是联系群众的重要渠道,是构建和谐国有企业的重要手段。新时期下,加强国有农场的信访工作,有利于更有效、更及时了解员工的问题与需要,以帮助员工发现问题、解决问题,充分保障员工基本的生活需要,从而更有效地处理国有企业的内部矛盾,对提升国有企业的发展力与竞争力,对构建和谐的国有企业均具有重要的现实意义。本文将从当前国有农场信访工作中存在的问题出发,阐述新时期加强国有农场信访工作的重要性。
