气动测量技术在外圆磨床上未见应用。由于国产半自动曲轴磨床(如MB8260半自动曲轴磨床)自动化程度都较低,砂轮圆弧仍靠手工修整,加之测量头与冷却液直接接触,喷咀孔易堵塞,影响测量精度和使用的可靠性,因而妨碍了气动测量技术的进一步推广应用。为了便于砂轮圆弧的修整和为了防止喷咀孔口堵塞影响自动测量的可靠性,目前大多数工厂都把原MB8260曲轴磨床的中心架和气动测量装置即MB8260—SZ—07/9部份全部拆掉,尺寸测量大多采用机械式不仃车自动测量装置,这样限制了气动测量技术的推广应用。为了推广应用气动测量技术,本文介绍一种既适用于曲轴磨床又适用于外圆磨床上使用的机械气动式不停车自动测量装置。

In order to popularize the application of pneumatic measurement technology, this paper introduces a mechanical pneumatic non-stop automatic measuring device which is suitable for both crankshaft grinding machine and cylindrical grinding machine.
