色谱法分离硒和碲,多以强酸为洗脱液,有关高效离子交换色谱法(HPIEC)分离硒、碲的工作,似尚未见报导。本文用HPIEC法在十分钟内分离并测定了硒和碲。 (一)实验部分 1.仪器 SY-202型高速离子交换色谱仪。 2.离子试液 以浓硝酸溶解硒,蒸至近干后以氢氧化钠调至碱度0.4mol/l;以适量氢氧化钠溶液溶解二氧化碲,使溶液碱度亦为0.4mol/l。
Chromatographic separation of selenium and tellurium, mostly with strong acids as the eluent, the separation of selenium and tellurium by high performance ion exchange chromatography (HPIEC) work, it seems that has not been reported. In this paper, HPIEC method was used to separate and measure selenium and tellurium in ten minutes. (A) Experimental Part 1. Instruments SY-202 high-speed ion exchange chromatography. 2. Ionic solution to concentrated nitric acid dissolved selenium, steaming to near dry sodium hydroxide to alkalinity 0.4mol / l; sodium hydroxide solution to dissolve tellurium dioxide, the solution alkalinity also 0.4mol / l.
