本文报导了新显色剂伯胺喹啉与81种离子反应的试验以及伯胺喹啉与 IO_3~-显色反应的条件、灵敏度、选择性和界限比。文中又全面地描述了干扰离子消除的方法并详细地介绍了各种类型混合离子中 IO_3~-检出的操作步骤。于2NH_2SO_4介质中及在70℃加热5分钟条件下,伯胺喹啉与 IO_3~-作用显紫红色,色泽能稳定5~6小时,其检出限为10微克/毫升,稀度限为1:1×10~5。本法的选择性甚佳。于曾试验过80种离子中,其主要干扰离子仅为 Au~(3+)、Ce~(4+)、VO_3~-和 CrO_4~(2-),但上述这些离子均可借加入 H_2C_2O_4和 BaCl_2完全消除之。
In this paper, the reaction conditions of 81 new kinds of primary amine quinoline and 81 kinds of ions and the conditions, sensitivity, selectivity and limit ratio of primary amine quinoline and IO_3 ~ - color reaction were reported.
