In the Qing Dynasty, in the southern provinces of Quanzhou and Zhangzhou and in the Chaozhou area of eastern Guangdong, women often went out to wear scarves - a kind of fanciful clothing worn by the literati as a “literary pocket” or “Gongpapa.” Nowadays, people have different views on the origins of the literary public or the literary family.
